That is a GREAT project.  The physical model won't be so much about making mullions but about design intents and the ability to make these things.

I know this thread is old and the class is over but what the hell.

I think I've got a solution. I had to make a few assumptions (e.g., the flat spot is 4" wide and is 1/3 higher than the block at the end) but I think the concept still works.

The flat spot was the trickiest part. I started trying to sketch the flat but it kept breaking so instead I let the block go past and use a Void to cut it off.

What do you think?
